Position Summary

The Inside Sales Professional will be responsible for providing sales and service support, acting as a technical sales expert to develop and maintain customer relationships.

NOTE:

  • Expected to make a high volume of calls, averaging 115 dials per day
  • Base salary plus commission
  • Must be in the Continental United States
  • Must be able to hardwire to router (NO WIFI)

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ability to understand customer needs at a technical level, identify sales opportunities, and provide technical information about our client’s products and services.
  • Achieving a sales quota by executing sales and service-related activities including qualifying high volumes of leads in a timely manner, closing sales within a short sales cycle, and overcoming objections and stalls.
  • Ability to identify potential for sales with skills to ask for and close sales.
  • Will maintain an active customer and prospect base, follow-up campaign calls, scheduling calls, as well as inbound inquiry management.
  • Inbound and outbound support utilizing multiple channels such as Chat, Email, and Voice, etc.
  • Ensure that customers are educated on the latest information or changes to products and build a deeper relationship/loyalty with the customer.
  • Able to develop and sustain productive relationships, and coordinate efforts with sales team and other partners of client, to ensure smooth transition of information
  • Understanding call objectives set forth, including call strategy and production requirements (# of calls, # of decision makers reached, # of opportunities opened, # of sales closed, # of call dispositions, etc.). Will be expected to make a predefined number of calls each day, generate a minimum number of sales/revenue and will be monitored remotely and side-by-side.
  • Must be comfortable working in a high-production sales environment with a call guide that may or may not be scripted.
  • Ability to react to customer requirements outside of standard products when situation warrants and work together with the customer to come up with solution that best fits the needs.
  • Database Integrity – capturing complete and accurate data on each call (and partial data when a profile cannot be completed), such as; names, addresses, purchases, reactions of prospects contacted into database.
  • May be required to provide customer training through webcam and other video conferencing software.

Skills & Qualifications

Education- Four-year (Marketing) / Technical or Business Degree or equivalent education plus experience.

Experience- Prefer 2+ years of experience in sales role closing deals with a short sales cycle (transactional selling such as cars, applicants, large electronics, etc.) including up-selling experience. Bi-lingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Experience with CRM platforms, such as Sales Force or HubSpot is preferred.
